Convert Cartesian coordinates to cylindrical coordinates.
- Parameters:
- parray-like, shape (…, 3)
Cartesian coordinates (x, y, z)
- Returns:
- qarray, shape (…, 3)
Cylindrical coordinates: axial / radial distance (rho >= 0), azimuth (-pi >= phi >= pi), and axial coordinate / height (z)
